This course introduces proper analysis and application of the law pertaining to contract classification, formation, interpretation, remedies, and dispute resolution under common law, consumer protection laws and the Uniform Commercial Code. Emphasis is on the role of the paralegal in accomplishing various tasks under the supervision of an attorney in all phases of the contracting process. Offered fall semester only.
