Emphasis is placed on developing planning and decision-making capabilities in the areas of military operations, logistics and administration. Concepts of organization theory and the principles of management and management and leadership relationships are investigated as they apply to the general theory and practice of the management functions of planning, organizing, staffing, direction, coordination, control, innovation and representation. Meets two hours per week plus a weekly 90-minute leadership lab.
