This course is designed to assist students in secondary education programs develop a knowledge and understanding of educational theory and methodology. The course is an alternative to specific content area methods courses, and is structured to develop competence in the utilization of effective approaches, methods, and strategies to facilitate teaching and learning experiences in their respective disciplines. This course includes a field experience in selected school settings . Pre-Requisite: Permission of Instructor.
