Description:
This course covers the theories and applications of instrumentational methods of ultra-violet, infrared and visible spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, polarimetry, chromatography, potentiometric titrimetry, polarography, and related physical-chemical methods. Additionally inter-preparation of data and principles of operation of each chemical instrument are emphasized. Prerequisites: SCH311 & SCH312 & SCH321 & SCH322. (Chemistry majors must earn "C" or higher.)
