(Information-Literacy Intensive Course)This course will explore the field of study known as astrobiology. Through a series of lectures, inquiry-based activities, and assigned projects, students will investigate the orgin of life on earth and the search for life on other planets. Students will explore diverse concepts in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Earth and Space Science, and Engineering. Research experiences and long-term, independent experiments will enable students to be active participants in the real processes of science research and discovery. Pre-Requisite: None (Natural Science General Education Course.)
