Description:
2-4-4 Contemporary photographic techniques specific to mass communications in the print media. Spot news, the feature picture, picture story shooting and layout will be discussed in conjunction with student shooting assignments. Advanced techniques in shooting, use of portable electronic flash, machine processing and printing will all be utilized in this course. Students will also complete photographic assignments for the college newspaper, The Vanguard. Prerequisites: PHOT 101, 102. ($300) Offered in fall semester only.
