Microscopic forms of life are considered with emphasis on bacteriology as it applies to numerous areas in industry, health, and sanitation. Laboratory activities consist of staining and culturing techniques as are used in identification of various organisms and analysis of water, food, and dairy products. The microscope will be used for observation of microbes. 3-2-4
