Description:
This course enables experienced physical conditioning students to continue their exercise program under the supervision and guidance of a qualified instructor. Students evaluate their own health status and participate in a physical conditioning program designed to meet their personal goals and interests. Areas of concentration are cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, body composition, muscular strength and muscular endurance. Students with current high fitness levels may experiment with advanced training techniques to enhance their physical conditioning program.
