A continuation of SCH-111, this course covers in-depth treatment of gases, solids, and solution chemistry. Colligative properties of solution chemical kinetics, chemical equilibriums, principles of acids and bases, nuclear chemistry and electro-chemistry. Pre-Requisite: SCH 111 (Chemistry & Biology majors must earn "C" or higher). OR The distance Learning version of SCH112 General Chemistry II to be offered as an "On-line" course in which more than 80% of the instruction will be completed outside the classroom. Pre-Requisite: SCH111 (Chemistry & Biology majors must earn "C" or higher).
