Physical Fitness is a course designed to improve the overall physical well-being on an individual basis. The course utilizes the Aerobic concepts and principles emphasizing running, cycling, and walking. The objective is to stress the cardio-respiratory and pulmonary systems in particular and monitor that stress toward an improved level of fitness.
