This course provides an introduction to the Windows operating system software, electronic communication, and a comprehensive knowledge in business document formatting. Students create and format memos, letters, and reports in a Windows environment where emphasis is placed on proofreading skills and professionalism, as well as keyboarding speed and accuracy. This course meets the General Education competency of Technological Competence (TC).
