This course is designed to foster computer literacy. It introduces students to the basics of computing hardware, electronic communication, web browsing, and productivity software. Through a hands-on approach, students will achieve a working knowledge of Windows operating system software and word processing, electronic spreadsheet, presentation, and database application software. This course meets the General Education competency of Technological Competence (TC).
