International Business law is designed to be a basic course covering the law of international trade, licensing and investment. Students will be exposed to the risks of international business and how those risks differ from doing business domestically. Students will examine the basics of the practice and procedures involved in the buying and selling of goods in foreign countries, through the case study method. Included will be problems involved in documentary sale, international commercial and contract law, collections and letters of credit.
