Description:
This coeducational course meets four hours a week and satisfies the transfer requirements for Physical Education major students. The student is taught and given the opportunity to practice a wide variety of square and folk dances. The course will help develop fundamental skills, proper etiquette, knowledge, and appreciation of dance. Dance, used as regular exercise, will help to develop behaviors and attitudes that promote wellness.
