Description:
Introduces the fundamentals and expressive use of typography in print, web, and interactive design. Students learn the historic and compositional aspects of typography while applying knowledge to work with type appropriately. Enrollment is restricted to students in the Graphic and Interactive Design AAS program. A course fee is required. Prerequisite: ART 105, 121, 125, and 176 with grades of C or higher; Corequisite: ART 109 and 144.
