This course deals with the collection and presentation of data, frequency distributions, measures of central tendency and dispersion, elementary probability, randomness, expectations, significance testing on large and small samples, correlation, regression, introduction to analysis of variance, and other common statistical methods. Students may not receive credit for both MATH 110 and MATH 111. Does not apply toward Mathematics major.
