Description:
A study of the fundamentals of anatomy and physiology, with emphasis on the organization of the body, cells and tissues, integumentary system, skeletal system, muscular system, nervous system, and special senses. This is the first of a two course sequence in anatomy and physiology. It is intended to provide a strong background in human anatomy and physiology for students in the STEM and Allied Health majors. Dissection is required as a part of this course.
