This course is an introduction to the law of real property. The course examines the historical concept of property ownership along with transference and rights of ownership. The course will review an in depth examination of the residential real estate transaction and necessary documentation from start to finish. Items dicussed include an examination of surveys and descriptions, financing, zoning, and other restrictions on land use, the title examination, and closings.
