The basic elements and principles of design are implemented to create three-dimensional projects. Issues of volume, space, fabrication and construction with a variety of materials are applied to design problem-solving.Students explore three-dimensional space in relation to degree of depth from wall-relief to free-standing forms, and investigate the history and theory of spatial design principles.
