This course is for advanced music students who wish to study specific procedures for teaching vocal music in the choral ensemble. Emphasis is placed on developing music literacy teaching fundamentals of good singing. A concept of sound aesthetic judgment regarding the vocal idiom is developed through selected listening, reading and writing assignments. Offered periodically. Prereq: MUSI 141.
